Q: What should I bring to the event?

All supplies including board, magazines, paper, and collage materials are provided. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, beach towel, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel extra comfortable. You are welcome to bring personal photos or inspiring items on your vision board.

Sound Bath & Vision Board Night | Thursday, January 8th | 6:30 to 8:30 PM | $38 per person

Begin 2026 feeling grounded, centered, and intentional.

Join us for a calming and creative evening featuring a one hour sound healing session followed by vision board making.

Sound healing will be led by Amy Novack of Cosmic Caravan. Using crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drumming, gong, and voice, Amy creates a layered sound experience. This is to support deep relaxation and help the body shift out of fight or flight into a restful state. Many people find sound healing helpful for easing stress, anxiety, and tension.

Afterwards, we will move into a relaxed vision board session to reflect on your goals, intentions, and how you want to feel in the year ahead. This portion of the evening is intuitive and creative, with space to explore what you are calling in for 2026.

All vision board materials will be provided.

Fleur de Mer has carpets and seating available. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, beach towel, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel extra comfortable, especially if you plan to lay down. You are also welcome to bring snacks to enjoy while creating your vision board.

This event is designed to be grounding, supportive, and inspiring.
