Frequently Asked Questions

Is Kids Craft Club a drop off class?
No. Kids Craft Club is parent supervised. A parent or guardian must stay with their child for the entire session and can help as much or as little as needed.
What if my child wants help with the craft?
That’s totally expected. This is a relaxed, casual activity. Parents are encouraged to assist their child and let them explore at their own pace!
What if my child doesn’t finish the craft?

No problem at all. There is no pressure to finish. Kids can take their project home to complete if they’d like with the exception of materials that must remain at the shop such as markers, crayons, glue etc.

What if my child or I am sick?
If you or your child are feeling unwell, please skip the session and join us another time to help keep the space healthy for everyone.
Where do I park and is there a restroom?

Free parking is available in our plaza and we do have a restroom on site.

What is the cancellation or weather policy?

Because materials are purchased in advance, tickets are non refundable. If a session is canceled due to weather, you will receive credit to use toward a future Kids Craft Club date.

What if I bring a sibling who wasn’t registered?

Each child participating needs their own ticket. If a sibling chooses to participate without being registered in advance, you will be asked to pay for their materials at the end of class, pending availability.
